These must be the literally dumbest rats ever.
They warp to 15 to the gate and then slowboat towards it,
as if they WANT to get killed! That's some stupid AI, really.......

No idea what they are talking about, but I can guarantee you that at the gates
there are tons of capsule NPCs who want to get shot at.
Daily. Hourly. Every minute!

I remember shooting incursion belt rats and they gave LP....
